The content of this book taught me a LOT about how to get healthier! Now, whenever I feel sick or run down, I can run this diet and feel good as new again! What a great read!
We all know that our bodies are full of toxins. The thing is we did not know what to do about it and how to start. Ell now you do. just buy this book and get tarted you well feel better in no time.
The author addresses some of the common methods and benefits with different types of detoxes. I didn't realize how much toxins are stored in the body which pressed the need to help ourselves by improving our health.
I hadn't thought of detoxing in many different ways, but here they are. There are nice options I can add to my favorite detox program to make it even better. Good information that's getting me back on the wagon.
I believe everyone should consider detoxing their body at some point. I liked how the author reveals the different amount of toxins that are left in our bodies. I have been telling myself I need to do a detox, but was unsure where to start. This book gives some recipes too so I think I will be starting sooner than later now.
I am a big fan of detoxification. It is very true that internally we a a chemical./toxic mess due to all the additives, pollution, and drugs that we subject our bodies to. There are many forms of detoxification from saunas, diets, massage however in my opinion one that cleanses the colon and liver, the 2 major organs of detoxification we have, are the best. This book discusses the lemonade detox program which can be successful if applied appropriately. Good informative book!
I like to do a detoxifying cleanse of my colon once a year just to keep the "pipes clean" so to speak. The ways I have used in the past have not been the most pleasant to implement so I've been looking for a better way to get the job done. The author introduced me to the Lemonade Diet and it looks wonderful compared to what I have been doing in the past for cleansing. I'm excited about putting it into action next week during my annual detox, especially since it appears to be so effective.
